(Tiger Jaw Tools 3 Year Limited Warranty)
Another Look Inc. guarantees to the original purchaser that this product is free of defects in materials and workmanship. Another Look Inc. will repair or replace, free of charge any part or tool that is found to be defective for 3 years when accompanied by original proof of purchase. Normal wear & tear and/or damage caused through misuse and/or accidents is not covered. Shipping and handling charges to return the item to Another Look Inc. are at the consumers expense. Consumer may replace their tool for a new tool at 50% of the current retail price plus shipping and handling. The 50% replacement program only applies to the same tool to be exchanged. If tool only needs a replacement blade, you can purchase blades plus shipping & handling charges for any lopper model or you can send lopper to Another Look Inc. and for 25% of the current retail price, we will replace the blade for you and ship it back.

Casada USA Warranty subject to limitations set forth herein for NEW massage products purchased directly from Casada USA or authorized resellers.
Our 3-year limited manufacturer’s warranty (“warranty period”) on authentic Casada products protects you against material and manufacturing defects. This limited warranty is valid from the date of purchase, and applicable to the original purchaser only, as warranty is not transferrable. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty service.
Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product purchased only, and does not cover any other products or costs.
Parts: If any defect shall occur within the warranty period on the covered parts and products (see limitations section below), Casada USA will supply replacement parts or replacement product at no cost.
Shipping: Shipping cost to send the entire product or part to our service center for repair or evaluation shall be the responsibility of the customer. Products sent to the service center must be sent with the original power supply provided in the packaging from the manufacturer to be eligible for evaluation. Return shipping of repaired or replacement products will be paid by Casada during the warranty coverage period. Boxing, packaging material and availability for pickup of any items to be returned for repair will be the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping only applies to products in the contiguous 48 United States of America, and incremental costs to ship to Alaska or Hawaii may be applicable and the responsibility of the customer. If upon examination by the service center no breakdown of product functionality is found, customer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred to return the product to the customer.
Labor: During the warranty period Casada will provide labor for product evaluation, product repair, or product handling without charge to the customer. No in-home service is provided under this warranty.

CONSUMER WARRANTY SUBJECT TO LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:
This Limited Warranty shall be void if at the sole discretion of Casada USA if the defect is found to be caused or direct influence by accident, unstable electric supply, misuse or use of the product not intended for normal operation including any damage to internal components due to the natural wear, or incidental damage to the upholstery after delivery, and improper or unauthorized service, alteration or tampering.
This Limited Warranty does not cover upholstery or covering.
This warranty is only valid within the United States provided the product has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it, and with the power supplies contained in the original packaging at the time of purchase.
The warranty only applies to the product and does not include any accessories or enhancements.
Softening of foams and filling composites in pillows, pads, and memory foam kits, or any visual changes in the upholstery coverings do not constitute a defect under this warranty, as those items naturally soften and wear with use.
Fading, wear and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those conditions naturally occur with coverings and fabrics.
Natural markings, grain, and dye variations in leather do not constitute a defect under this warranty as no two pieces of leather or synthetic leather material are alike.
Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from: Improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use of electrical/power supply, loss of power, dropped product, a malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance, transportation damage, theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions), loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
Failure to follow Important Safety Warnings provided in original and authorized product user manuals will void this warranty.
Under no circumstance shall Casada USA or its representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages for lost profits, business interruption, bodily injury, medical, and the like), even if any party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Warranties are non-transferrable, and not applicable to any party other than the original purchaser to be confirmed at Casada USA’s discretion, and shall be in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty or merchant-ability or fitness for particular use.
Casada USA’s sole liability and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy shall be for the repair, or at Casada USA’s option, for the replacement of the defective part or product. Notwithstanding the above, if replacements parts or products for defective materials are not available, Casada USA reserves the right to make substitutions in lieu of repair or direct replacement. In the event of any “replacements”, as defined as any part, aggregated parts, or product in its entirety; Casada USA reserves the right to provide replacements of equal or greater value, new or refurbished, at the sole discretion of Casada USA.
This warranty does not apply to demonstration, rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential users.
Only products warrantied by Another Look Inc. are listed on this page. Any other warranties, if any, would be through the respected manufacturer of the product.
